Power Down. Fix your computer settings, unplug energy sapping devices, install smart strips to eliminate vampire power.

What is vampire power? 
Vampire power is power used when devices are turned off or not performing their primary function

Why should I care?
Vampire power consumes roughly 10% of all residential power use and is responsible for an estimated 1% of CO2 emissions.

What can I do?
Install power strips, unplug devices, and shop for more energy efficient devices. These approaches can reduce vampire power by up to 30%
