Helping hands.
I found this really interesting Sustainable Gifts catalog laying around the break room at work today. Until now, sustainable development in underdeveloped countries (commonly initiated through microfinancing) was merely a concept I heard of in my classes. I didn't realize how easy it was for us to become involved in such charitable programs around the world. It really is amazing how one small act of kindness can go a long way!
